FDA Announces Draft Guidance for Industry on Continuous Marketing Applications for Fast Track Products

The FDA is releasing a draft guidance document that outlines a pilot program allowing certain applicants to receive early feedback on their applications for fast track products, in line with the Prescription Drug User Fee Act of 1992 reauthorization.
