FDA Requests Public Comment on Proposed Collection of Information for Premarket Applications

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public input on its proposed collection of information for reviewing premarket applications, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and is inviting comments on the process for obtaining an assignment or designation determination.
