FDA Submits Experimental Study on Quantitative Trans Fat Disclosure on Nutrition Facts Panel

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has submitted a proposed collection of information to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, aiming to improve consumers' understanding of trans fat information on food labels.
