Proposed Exemptions From Certain Prohibited Transaction Restrictions

The Department of Labor has proposed exemptions from ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code for certain transactions, including those involving the Midlands Management Corporation 401(k) Plan, The DISH Network Corporation 401(k) Plan and the EchoStar 401(k) Plan, and The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Pension Plan for Union-Represented Employees.
