Culturally Significant Objects Imported for Exhibition Determinations: “From Fra Angelico to Bonnard: Masterpieces From the Rau Collection”

The U.S. government has officially approved the importation of culturally significant artworks from abroad for a temporary exhibition at the Portland Art Museum and other venues, including the Dayton Art Institute. The exhibition, featuring masterpieces from the Rau Collection, will take place from July 28 to August 22, 2004, and is deemed to be in the national interest.
