EPA Approves Revised Indiana State Implementation Plan to Enhance Volatile Organic Compound Emissions Control

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved an updated version of Indiana's State Implementation Plan (SIP), which includes new requirements for capturing volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emitted from surface coating and graphic arts sources, aiming to reduce VOC emissions and meet the 1-hour ozone standard in nonattainment areas.
