National Park Service Announces Environmental Assessment for Odor Treatment Units and Park Improvements

The National Park Service has released an Environmental Assessment for the construction of odor treatment units and improvements to a parking area and comfort stations at the C&O Canal National Historical Park, in accordance with Council on Environmental Quality regulations and National Park Service policy.
