Outside Practice of Law

The Legal Services Corporation proposes to amend its regulation relating to the outside practice of law by full-time legal services attorneys. The rule would be substantively restructured and revised to clarify the scope of the restrictions on outside practice so that program attorneys would not face undue restrictions in complying with their professional obligations. The proposed rule would also amend several definitions and allow for the separate treatment of court appointments.
