EPA to Submit Proposed Tribal Operator Certification Program Information Collection Request for Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on a proposed information collection request, Tribal Operator Certification Program ICR, EPA No. 2092.01, which will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act.
