NASA Grants Prospective Patent License to Alphaport, Inc. for High Resolution Scanning Relfectarray Antenna

NASA has received an application from Alphaport, Inc. for an exclusive license to practice a patented invention related to high resolution scanning reflectarray antennas, and is soliciting written comments on the prospective grant of the license.
