EPA Promulgates Amendment to Clean Water Act Guidelines for Bleached Papergrade Kraft and Soda Mills

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued an amendment to the Clean Water Act guidelines for pulp, paper, and paperboard mills, allowing them to demonstrate compliance with chloroform limitations through initial monitoring and certification, while also updating the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control numbers.
