FMCSA Revises Cargo Securement Regulations for Commercial Motor Vehicles

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has updated its regulations to improve protection against shifting and falling cargo in commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) engaged in interstate commerce, based on a multi-year research program and industry expert recommendations.
