Scup Commercial Quota Harvested for Summer Period in Northeastern US

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has announced that the scup commercial quota available to coastal states from Maine to North Carolina during the summer period has been fully utilized, and federally permitted vessels are prohibited from landing scup in these states until October 31, 2002.
