Airworthiness Directives; McDonnell Douglas Model MD-90-30 Airplanes
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposes a new airworthiness directive for certain McDonnell Douglas Model MD-90-30 airplanes to address a potential safety risk related to a defective braze joint in the single-phase remote control circuit breaker(s) (RCCBs). The directive would require a one-time inspection and replacement of RCCBs if necessary to prevent overheating and potential fires in the electrical/electronic compartment.
