NMFS Reopens Comment Period for Proposed Evaluation and Draft Environmental Assessment of Endangered Species

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is reopening the public comment period for a proposed evaluation and draft Environmental Assessment (EA) of the Secretary of Commerce's determination on how a Resource Management Plan (RMP) addresses Endangered Species Act (ESA) criteria, following public requests for additional review time.
