Digital Television Broadcast Service; Galveston, TX

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has approved a change in the digital television channel allocation for Galveston, Texas, at the request of Telemundo of Galveston-Houston License Corporation, the licensee of KTMD-TV, a local television station. The FCC has authorized the use of TV channel 48 instead of TV channel 47, and DTV channel 48c instead of DTV channel 47, in compliance with FCC regulations and community coverage requirements.
