EPA Approves Colorado's Revised Public Water System Supervision Program

The State of Colorado has revised its Public Water System Supervision (PWSS) program to align with the Consumer Confidence Report Rule, following a review by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The EPA has approved the revisions, which meet all relevant requirements under the Safe Drinking Water Act and EPA regulations, except for public water systems in Indian Country.
