Incidental Take Permits for the Alabama Beach Mouse

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service plans to assess the environmental impact of two condominium projects in Baldwin County, Alabama, and issue permits for the incidental harm of the endangered Alabama beach mouse. A public meeting will be held on October 29, 2002, to gather input on the proposed Gulf Highlands Habitat Conservation Plan.
