Child Health Day, 2002 Proposal Aims to Improve Child Health Care Access

The U.S. Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) announced a proposal to improve child health care access, as part of the recently passed Child Health Insurance Program Reauthorization Act of 2002.
