Notice is hereby given that the application submitted by Robert K. Metzger, Metzger Wildlife Surveys, 1327 North Wheaton Drive, St. Charles, Missouri 63301, to take green, hawksbill, loggerhead, Kemp's ridley and leatherback sea turtles along the Atlantic seaboard and the Gulf of Mexico for purposes of scientific research and enhancement has been returned to the applicant.
