The U.S. Department of Labor has amended its certification for Tyco International, Ltd., a division of Tyco Electronic Power Systems, formerly Lucent Technologies, regarding its eligibility to apply for worker adjustment assistance due to the closure of its facility in Mesquite, TX, which was staffed by leased workers from Adecco Employment.
