USDA Amends Regulations Under the Equal Access to Justice Act

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has updated its rules to align with changes made in the Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act of 1996, as part of its efforts to implement the Equal Access to Justice Act.
