EPA Proposes Approval of Massachusetts One-Hour Ozone Attainment Demonstration

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection's one-hour ozone attainment demonstration State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Boston-Lawrence-Worcester area, which meets the Clean Air Act requirements for one-hour ozone attainment demonstrations submitted on July 27, 1998, and supplemented on September 6, 2002.
