Department of Commerce Creates New System of Records for Dr. Nancy Foster Scholarship Program

The Department of Commerce is soliciting public comment on a new system of records, Scholarship Recipients, under the Dr. Nancy Foster Scholarship Program, as mandated by the Privacy Act of 1974.
