EPA Extends Comment Period for Caffeine Exemption Application

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on a proposed quarantine exemption to use the pesticide caffeine to control Coqui and Greenhouse frogs in various settings, including floriculture and forest habitats, until October 23, 2002.
