Temporary Regulation Exemption for Alabama State Docks Terminal Railway Drawbridge

The Commander of the Eighth Coast Guard District has temporarily exempted the Alabama State Docks Terminal Railway railroad swing span drawbridge across Three Mile Creek in Mobile, Alabama, from its usual operating regulations. The bridge will remain closed to navigation from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. from October 19, 2002, to October 28, 2002, but will reopen for a short period daily if at least two hours' notice is given.
