EPA Proposes Approval of New Hampshire's One-Hour Ozone Attainment Demonstration Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to fully approve a plan submitted by the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services to demonstrate one-hour ozone attainment in the Boston-Lawrence-Worcester, MA-NH nonattainment area, as required by the Clean Air Act of 1990.
