EPA Proposes Revision to California State Implementation Plan for Ventura County

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the Ventura County Air Pollution Control District portion of the California State Implementation Plan, focusing on reducing emissions of nitrogen oxides and carbon monoxide from stationary internal combustion engines, in compliance with the Clean Air Act of 1990.
