Amendment of Class D Airspace; Titusville, FL
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has amended the Class D airspace at Titusville, Florida, in response to a request from the Daytona Beach Approach Control, which handles Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations at the Spacecoast Regional Airport. The change lowers the airspace from 2,500 feet MSL to 1,900 feet MSL to accommodate the high volume of Visual Flight Rules (VFR) traffic overflying the airport at low altitudes.
