Public Easement Closure; Prohibition of All Activities

The U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has closed a 17(b) easement in Alaska to protect humans from an increasing polar bear population, following discussions with local authorities and the Native Village of Barrow Inupiat Traditional Government.
