Coast Guard Proposes Security Zones for San Francisco Bay and Delta Ports

The US Coast Guard is proposing to establish security zones around cruise ships and tank vessels in the San Francisco Bay and Delta ports to protect against potential terrorist acts, and has announced a 100-yard radius around these vessels will be off-limits to the public unless authorized by the Captain of the Port San Francisco Bay.
