Permits Issued for Sea Turtle Research and Enhancement

The U.S. government has issued permits to several organizations for the purpose of conducting scientific research and enhancing sea turtle populations, including REMSA, Inc. and Coastwise Consulting, as well as Dr. David Nelson from the U.S. Army Research and Development Center.
