EPA Extends Comment Period for New Emission Standards for Marine Vessels and Highway Motorcycles

The Environmental Protection Agency is extending the comment period for a proposed rule addressing new emission standards for spark- ignition marine vessels and highway motorcycles, which was originally set to end on January 7, 2003, and will now expire on March 7, 2003.
