U.S. Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone for San Diego Fall Classic

The U.S. Coast Guard is setting up a temporary safety area in Mission Bay, San Diego, California, to ensure the safety of participants, crew, spectators, and vessels during the San Diego Fall Classic, a rowing event featuring 120 boats racing on a designated course. The safety zone is restricted to authorized vessels and individuals, who must obtain permission from the Captain of the Port or his designated representative to enter or transit through the area.
