Changes to Hazardous Materials Shipping Paper Retention Period

The US Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is updating the retention period for hazardous materials shipping papers, from 375 days to an unspecified period, in response to appeals of the 2002 rule.
