Department of Commerce Issues Notice of Intent to Amend Census Records System

The Department of Commerce is seeking public comment on a proposed change to its Commerce/Census-3 system of records, which includes Individual and Household Statistical Survey Records and Special Studies Records, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
