Department of Commerce to Amend Minority-Owned Business Enterprises Survey Records System

The Department of Commerce is issuing a notice of intent to amend the Commerce/Census-4 system of records, which includes Minority- Owned Business Enterprises Survey Records, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974. The public is invited to comment on the proposed change.
