EPA Proposes Administrative Settlement for Yonkelowitz Junkyard Site

The U.S. Agency for Environmental Protection (EPA) has announced a proposed administrative settlement for the Yonkelowitz Junkyard Site in Hoopeston, Illinois, requiring Martin Young to pay $50,000 to the Hazardous Substance Superfund. The settlement also requires the Martin Young Trust to pay proceeds from the sale of property at the site within 60 days.
