Coast Guard Proposes Security Zones Around Cruise Ships in Port of San Diego

The US Coast Guard is proposing to establish moving and fixed security zones around and under all cruise ships in the Port of San Diego to protect the public and ports from potential terrorist acts, in accordance with national security regulations.
