Department of Veterans Affairs Establishes New System of Records for Employee Incentive Scholarship Program

The Department of Veterans Affairs is required to publish a notice in the Federal Register about its new system of records, the Employee Incentive Scholarship Program--VA, as mandated by the Privacy Act of 1974.
