EPA Updates Policy on Grants to Intertribal Consortia

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is updating its policy to allow grants to intertribal consortia, including two new programs authorized by the Small Business Liability Relief and Brownfields Revitalization Act (SBLRBRA), to support state and tribal response programs.
