EPA Reopens Comment Period on Ferric Ferrocyanide Toxic Pollutant Designation

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the comment period for 60 days to allow for additional public input on whether Ferric Ferrocyanide is considered a toxic pollutant under the Clean Water Act, following a preliminary administrative determination published in 2001.
