Notice of Intent to Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for Cane Creek Remedial Plan

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Natural Resources Conservation Service will prepare an Environmental Impact Statement to assess the potential environmental impacts of proposed measures to control the widening and degradation of Cane Creek's channel. The Cane Creek Watershed District is the project sponsor, aiming to stabilize the main channel bottom and limit head-cutting of two major tributaries.
