CFTC Adopts Rule Changes to Update Judgment Officer Title to Administrative Judge

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission is making technical amendments to its rules to change the title of the Judgment Officer to Administrative Judge, incorporating gender-neutral language where applicable, in an effort to modernize its procedures.
