Reclamation and City of Phoenix Prepare Final EIS for Reach 11 Recreation Master Plan

The Bureau of Reclamation and City of Phoenix have prepared a final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for a Recreation Master Plan at Reach 11 Recreation Area in Phoenix, Arizona, which considers the environmental effects of a new recreation plan for a 1,500-acre area adjacent to the Central Arizona Project canal.
