Coast Guard Proposes Amendment to Boothville Anchorage Regulation to Accommodate Sea Point Facility

The US Coast Guard is proposing a regulation change to Boothville Anchorage, near Venice, Louisiana, to make room for the construction of Sea Point, a container transshipment facility, which will reduce the anchorage's size by approximately 0.8 miles.
