DSS Transfers Two Systems of Records to DHRA

The Defense Security Service is transferring two systems of records, the Security Research Center Espionage Database and the Security Research Center Export Violations Database, to the Defense Human Resources Activity, Office of the Secretary of Defense, where they will be known as PERSEREC Espionage Database and PERSEREC Export Violations Database, respectively.
