EPA Proposes Agreement to Transfer Pruitt & Grace Superfund Site to Patrick Electric Company, Inc. and Robert Patrick II

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing a Prospective Purchaser Agreement (PPA) to transfer ownership of the Pruitt & Grace Superfund site to Patrick Electric Company, Inc. and Robert Patrick II, in exchange for a $2,000 payment and redevelopment of the site, with the EPA retaining access and oversight.
