EPA Proposes Reorganization of Pesticide Tolerance Exemptions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to reorganize certain existing tolerance exemptions for pesticide chemical substances, which were reviewed as part of the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA). The reorganization does not result in the loss of any tolerance exemptions.
