DoD Proposes Changes to Provisional Award Fee Payments in DFARS

The Department of Defense (DoD) is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to allow contractors to receive a portion of award fees before an evaluation period, in an effort to incentivize successful performance.
